YOU WILL NEED

Sirdar Cotton 4ply (100% cotton,100g/335m). Approximately 20g of each:

Yarn A: Mill White 501

Yarn B: Laguna 536

A 2.5mm (US b/1 or C/2) hook

TENSION

30st and 22 rows = 10cm by 10cm.

MEASUREMENTS

To fit average adult wrist (10cm by 15cm before stretch).

NOTES

Ch1 at the beginning of a row does not count as a stitch.

PATTERN STARTS

Using Yarn B, ch31.

Row 1 Htr in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across. [30 sts]

Row 2: Ch1, htr in bl of each st across.

Change to Yarn A.

Row 3: Ch1, ss in bl of each st across.

Row 4: Repeat Row 3.

Change to Yarn B.

Row 5-6: Repeat Row 2.

Change to Yarn A.

Rows 7-34 Repeat Rows 3-6.

Row 35: Rep Row 3.

Now fold the Sweat Band in half so the stitches you have just worked are next to Row 1.

Row 36 Ch1, ss in bl and fl of foundation chain to join into tube.

Fasten off and weave in ends.
