New looks for a new season…the first glance of issue 23….

Here’s a peek at our  Autumn/Winter 2014/15 accessories collection. There’s 10 patterns for stylish woolly warmers in monochrome and mustard to hook for the whole family, so prepare to bundle up for the new season!

Bring a touch of happy colour to your winter wardrobe with this beautiful sunshine lace beret, designed by Hannah Cross, or if you’re not really a hat person, hook a chic ear warmer from Kath Webber.

For him or her, Sara Huntington’s spotted and striped bobble hat is a winner for him or for her and keep the little one cosy with Lucy Croft’s adorable, fuzzy-lined trapper hat.

When a scarf doesn’t quite cut it, wrap yourself up in the golden, sunshiny stitches of this glorious, ruffle-edged shawl designed by Vita Apala (pictured above).Of course, a young miss or mister needs a big cosy scarf too. This treasure of a project has a super-stylish polar bear design at both ends. Worked in tapestry crochet (don’t worry, there’s a chart). Man-friendly makes need not be dull, stitchers. We love the fun stripes of this cool monochrome cowl. It pretty much goes with everything and is so snug. In fact, we might just have to pinch it back from him.

Go monochrome with this chic pair of fingerless mitts by Hannah Cross. Tiny fingers need tiny mittens. Hook this sweet pair by Kirstie Mcleod and these marvellous mitts by Lucy Croft have clever contrasting stripes.

That’s all for now folks, but check back tomorrow for another sneak peek inside this bumper issue!
